Gauss LimitedVanLeer Scheme (2. Order)

Analog to the Gauss LimitedLimitedLinear scheme the Gauss LimitedVanLeer method is working similar. If there are some variables that show a bounded physical interval, e.g. the mixture fraction or whose variance (see flamelet model), you can use the limited scheme to avoid nonphysical results. The limiter r function is based on the neighboring points, the gradients and the face flux. The limiter itself is calculated as:
