Gauss QUICK Scheme (2. Order)

The Gauss QUICK method is a quadratic upwind differencing scheme. Hence, its is between 1st and 2nd order based on the fluxes. It is used especially for steady-state flows with elliptic character. The scheme produces non-physical results in the following case but is stable in case of error accumulation. In the documentation it is mentioned that the weighting factors are not bounded between the upwind and central differencing based on the fact that some downwind contribution can be possible. The limiter function takes the flux direction into account. The whole limiter class is given in the file src/finiteVolume/interpolation/surfaceInterpolation/limitedSchemes/QUICK.
