Gauss UMIST Scheme (2. Order)

The Gauss UMIST method is a modified QUICK scheme. This scheme is a non-linear scheme that provides boundness for the scalar. Therefore, one will get accurate and physical results in the range of the defined interval. The scheme provides a limiter function calculated as follows:
