Gauss Cubic Scheme (2. Order)

The Gauss cubic is a 2nd order scheme and produces similar results compared to the Gauss Linear method. In case of structured meshes which are inclined (45°) the transport equation produces nonphysical values. In case of the unstructured mesh the scheme fails completely. The error accumulates is large enough to self-accelerate (gain). Thus, the physical values will be violated extremely. Thus, the values of the quantity of the transport equation is outside the defined interval. The polygon mesh limits the mesh accumulation which lead to more stable results compared to the triangulated one.
