Gauss QuadraticFit Scheme (2. Order)

The Gauss QuadraticFit scheme uses a polynomial to discretize the equation by an accuracy of  2nd order. The polynomial is constructed by using weighting factors which are build based on the cell distances. For non-structured meshes and the parameters which are used in the study, the scheme does not provide good results. Especially for the polygon mesh it fails.
